About:FAQ on China Postal Service

parcel to UAE through china post - still in collection status.... ??? why the system is not update?

My parcel item number is RA237559694CN and still in the system its under collection status from 28th April. I need to receive it before 7th may.. is it possible to receive,, how can I check more details.. can anyone help me

It is still in China now, so you are unable to get it by May 7. Sorry for this!
