does official passport holder need visa application

I am a holder of Indonesia official passport. I am now studying at Melbourne University and intend to go conference at Beijing, China for 5 days. Do I still need to apply visa, because I found a government document in the year 2005 stated that for Indonesia official passport holder does not need apply visa to RRC. Thank you
