How can I get a 2 year multiple entry visa?

I notice on your web site that a multiple entry for 1 or 2 years is available but on the V form it only has a check mark for l year. Should I check the box that says "other" and write in my request for a 2 year multiple entry V? And the cost of that is also $140, correct? Thank you.

Hi Laura, you can try to request for a 2 year multiple one as you mentioned above. But you should be informed that there may be some changes on this due to the new law from September 2013, and also the consular officers have the final say to your application. Anyway, it is true that the fee is still USD 140.
