Hong Kong Visit Visa, Application receipt confirmation

Hi,

I applied for Hong Kong Visit V one month ago by posting my application to Hong Kong from Germany. But I didn't get any confirmation which shows that they already received my application!

I asked them to confirm the receipt of my application, but they didn't answer me :(

And I can't check the status of my application online! because I don't have any "Application Reference number"!

Can anyone help me? Or can anyone tell me how can I get my Application Reference number?

Have you tried to contact HK immigration directly? I am afraid that you have to wait for the result because no one here can help you with this if you have no application reference number.

Finally I got some information from my Hong Kong VISA!

I sent an email to the consulate of my country in Hong Kong and asked them to help me! They took my information and after 2 days they informed me that it was sent 20 days ago and also gave me the Shipment tracking number!

It's wired that the Immigration office of Hong Kong didn't answered me (after sending 3 emails to them)!

BTW now I'm happy that my visa is on the way :)
