About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Why hasn't my tracking number been updated since April 17?

I ordered a package and it was to be shipped as Standard Int'l Shipping through China Post. The tracking number I received was: RC297712979CN but it has not been updated since April 17! Does this mean my package is lost, missing, or does China Post just not update information?

No, it isn't lost! Although the online information was not updated so long, your parcel is moving! Generally, the actual moves are faster than the online update. I suggest you wait for another week and then check its possible arrival at your local post office!

Okay, thank you so much for the information. First time ordering through China Post, I normally use EMS or Hong Kong Post, so I have no idea what to expect when it came to tracking the package.
