About:Hangzhou Travel

from Pudong airport to Hangzhou CAAC station bus, why it takes longer than to Huanglong Rd only 85Y?

You mean the bus from Pudong to the CAAC takes longer time, but cost less? If so, there is reason. The price is charged by different bus companies.

As I know, the bus fare is around 110RMB from Pudong to HZ Tourists Center on Huanglong Road.
