Could anybody tell me, what's that CAAC building, and where it is in Qingdao.

CAAC building is associated with bus no.701 in this article

Oh, CAAC means Civil Aviation Administration of China.
This building is located at No.30, Middle Hong Kong Road, Shinan District.
And yes, airport shuttle bus no.701 will arrive and depart there.
