About:China Train

collecting tickets for 8 persons/group

Hello,

Can I collect tickets for group (for other person) by myself in railway station? Do I need copies/originals of there passports or I need only my passport? How much time I need to collect tickets in Beijging West? Where can I take it? Are there some travelchinaguide office?

Yes, you can collect the tickets for the group by yourself, but you have to take the original passports of all of the 8 persons.
tickets can be collected at the ticket counters at the railway station. you can to go to the counters for foreigners. As for the time, it depends on how many people in front of you.
We suggest that you pick up the tickets the day before you take the train.
