From Ocean Park, you can take the bus line 629 to go back to the Admiralty Station. Then you can use the local mtr Island Line to reach North Point Station and change to line Tseung Kwan Line to Yau Tong Station. Then change to Kwun Tong Line to Ngau Tau Kok Station. After that you can walk out of the station from B5 or B6 and walk to your hotel.

For the Tram Ride, Sky Terrace and Madame Tassauds Wax Musuem, they are around or on the Peak. From the Peak, you can walk the Central Station to use the local mtr system to go back to your hotel. For the detail route, you can refer to the first one I mentioned.

For the ferry terminal, you can easily find the Sheung Wan Station out of the ferry terminal. Then you can walk to the Sheung Wan Station to take the Island Line to change to other lines to reach your hotel.

In Macau:
From Venetian, you can take the hotel's free shuttle buses to the Maritime Ferry Terminal and then walk the Fisherman's Wharf. The Golden Lotus Square and wine and grand prix museum are on the opposite side of the Fisherman's Wharf.
From the Port, you can take the bus line 32 to the Macau Tower. From the tower, you can take the bus line 26 to the Ama Temple. Then take the bus line 10 to the San Ma Lo. After get off the bus, you can walk to the Ruins of St. Paul, the Macau Musuem and the Senado Square.
After that, you can take a taxi to the Kun Lam Temple easily.
