About:China Postal Service

I'm a little concerned regarding my order I purchased RC314690900CN its been showing Null

Order number is RC314690900CN, the last info i have is NULL on 20140418. When i enter the tracking number for
my local delivery office the message "There is no data available for this tracking reference, please try again later".

I would be very grateful for an update.

There is update now:

It shows that your parcel has arrive in the destination country. Now you can check at your local post office.

Thanks for getting back to me, but I still haven't received my order. When I enter the order number to the destination postal service website I still get the message "Sorry There is no data available for this tracking reference, please try again later."

Oh, it is strange. Then don't check it online. Try to pick it up on your own at the local post office.

The mail service in my country has has said "Unfortunately it is the sender of the item or their postal service who needs to investigate this matter further. We have no details that this item has been handed to Royal Mail and are therefore unable to assist further."
