My parcel RB192727554CN is in location "PVG" with the NULL status for 2 weeks now. Can anyone help?

NULL here actually refers to that your parcel was delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG). After being checked there, it woulf be sent overseas. The reason of no update for such a long time is that your parcel has left China and is in transit somewhere, also the exact place is hard to locate!0
