From SH South Long-distance Bus Station, there are two buses for Keqiao at 08:20 and 13:05.
From SH Long-distance Bus Station at No. 1666, Zhongxing Road, there is one bus at around 07:25.

If you reach the city at around 22:30, you may need to stay overnight in the city and head for Keqiao on the next morning.
