Cruise and come back at Guilin in one day.

Is there the possibility to have the cruise from GL to Yangshuo and come back to Gulin by bus in a day?

Yes, it is possible.
Upon reaching Yangshuo, you can hire a local car to YS Bus Station, where you can find frequent buses for Guilin. The cruise will reach Yangshuo in about 4 hours.
