Night walk

Hi,

I will be there in September. I would like to watch the sunrise. So If I start by the Soldier's Path I should start between midnight and 1am, at this moment can I find a bus to pick me at the foot of the soldier’s path? Or I have to take a private taxi?
At this moment, can I buy an entrance ticket and rent harness somewhere?
