How do I check if my re-newed passport is ready? the # on the pickup form is not working. thanks!

Yes, I submitted my application in person 2 two weeks ago and wanted to find out when I can get the new passport. Thanks!

Hi, I think you just have to wait for their call for collection if it is ready. I tried to search their website about this, but found nothing both in Chinese and English.0
