About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Hi, if I buy fromTCG,after your comfirm, can I pickup my ticket at airport train ticket office?

You can not collect your ticket at the airport ticket office since you have to have your identity checked by showing your original passport at a railway station before picking up your tickets.
We also offer delivery service and we can pick up the ticket for you and deliver it to a hotel or personal address.

Do you need to be in the hotel in person at the time of ticket delivery, or can the hotel accept the ticket delivery on our behalf?
