wheelchair access to all famous spots? dry season when? last time came April all fog in and cannot see anything. Staying on the mountain possible? where?Thanks

I just know there are special passes at each scenic spot for the disabled, no clear about other facilities available. To my experience, it is best to see the highlight scenery between June and Sep. There are some hostels in the scenic areas or near the main entrance for your convenience. You can find some small hostels on the peak, but they don't have good service and the facilities are not satisfactory, so you'd better not stay there.
