About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Wrong destination country

When seller send me the parcel, I checked the status on that web site. Then I find out that Destination country was wrong. In tracking detailes was written SK (Slovakia) not SI (Slovenia) where I actually live.
What can I do? (contact seller or is there problem in post?)

If it is surely wrong destination, you are advisd to contact the seller as soon as possible. Anyway, could you tell me your tracking number? Then I can confirm this for you!
