About:China Great Wall

I've heard that there are certain types of shoes that are NOT allowed on the Great Wall.

Can anyone comment on this? Want to make sure to wear the "approved" shoes! TIA!

No, I've never heard such rules/restricts about shoes to climb the wall. Anyway, no high heels and leather shoes are recommended. Sports shoes/sneakers are best choies for an easy and relaxing visit there.
