About:China Transit Visa

Do I need t apply for a transit visa?

I'm currently in Taiwan, I'm about to book a ticket from Taipei to the New York.
Itinerary is Taipei > Shanghai > New York and New York > Shanghai > Taipei there is a 6 hours stop over in Shanghai. I'm a Honduran passport holder.

Thanks in advance.
