About:China Visa Application Requirements

Do I need china visa? My son(3 years old) is going with me. So which documents is required for us?

I am a government officer & have an official passport . I want to go to china for 3 months to meet my husband.He is a PhD student .

Yes, you need to apply for a Chinese visa in advance through Chinese embassy. Invitation letter from your husband, and copies of his passport and residence permit are requried. Besides, your marriage certificate and your son's birth certificate are also required.
