Guangzhou airport to Holiday Inn Shifu No.188 Di Shi Fu Road

You can take the local subway line 3 to reach Jiahewanggang Station and change to line 2 to get to Gongyuanqian Station. Then you need to change to line 1 to reach Chaoshou Road Station.
Get out of the station, you can reach the Baohua Road, so you walk along this road to reach Di Shi Fu Road in several minutes and walk along the Di Shi Fu Road to your hotel.

Or you can take the airport shuttle bus line 5 to Haizhu Square and change a taxi to your hotel. The distance from Haizhu Square to your hotel is around 3.5KM. In my opinion, this second method is much easier for transfering if you are the first time to GZ.
