Why is my parcel stuck for more than 2 months?? why is it not moving?

My tracking ID is RB894384215CN . I am still waiting and its more than 2 months now. This service is totally ANNOYING !!! I am calling customs department in Calcutta but I am still not getting any help. Now no one is picking my call in Calcutta Foreign post. Please help me resolve my issue . Please call the concerned departments from your side and let me get my parcel !!!!

The parcel was stuck in your own country, so it is hard to tell you why.
I think you may contact the seller to see whether you can get some help from them.
