express tourist visa for non-dutch resident?

My wife is Korean and i am from uk. We are both resident in netherlands. Can we apply for it at den haag and if so are we eligible for the express service? Thamks!

Hi, you can apply through CVASC in den haag. As I know, the CVASC provides rush and express service for processing, but you need to pay extra fee for their service.
