Can a non-dutch passport holder apply for a Chinese visa in the Consulate agency in the Hague

For citizens of schengen-states, you are required to provide original passport remaining to be valid for at least six months from the date of application. For citizens of other countries, original passport & resident permit of the Netherlands are needed if you want to apply through CVASC in Hague.
