Hello, can I check in my luggage at Shenzen airport and receive at Lagos-final destination.

Am currently in Shenzen and will be going back next week to Nigeria. Can I check in my luggage at Shenzen Airport and receive my luggage in Nigeria my final destination. My Flight itinerary is Shenzhen to Bangkok via Shenzen airlines, Bangkok to Dubai via Emirates and Dubai To Nigeria via Emirates-Final destination.
Also what is the charge on excess Kilo..I understand Shenzen airlines is 20kg but Emirates is 30Kg, that is a huge gap for an international airline. Kindly advise as my luggage is aimed at 30kg.
