About:China Postal Service

My Parcel RC414803754CN stuck since 10 days in Hangzhou

Whats happend,no update for about 10 days.It's impossible that it's held by costum control,these are cheap Earings.So it must be a small package.I have tryed different tracing sides,(most of them show *Mutual seal sealing straight export ec. *) nothing changed.Is it lost by china post ?!Where is it exactly and why it's still there.

I camn just track your parcel is at Hangzhou on Apr. 16. However, there is little chance that it is lost. In most cases, the online information is not that timely update, so it may be transported to the destination. Just wait.

Thx for the answer. But it's not my first time ordering from china,i do it for years because of my business.So i know how it works . But it never took so long,normally it arrives around 13-26 days after purchasing.(QuingMing Holiday must get to normal again ) I am patient,but i have deadlines with my customers . If the post becomes so slow than it's quiet difficult to do business with china anymore. Ok,i could pay for the very expensive express,but than it's not reasonable with the prices i pay for the products . So long....i think i will cancel the orders from my customers and pay them the money back,...so i can PATIENTLY wait until they transport my parcels with the bike to europe :-)
