can you tell me where can I have a best and cheap local food in haikou ?

You are advised to go and taste cheap and delicious local food and snacks at local Zhongjie Road of Fucheng Center. Another recommendation is local Qilou Snack Street. I heard it charges a little bit higher than Zhongjie Road.
