hi , i need to go from shanghai to yiwu, i am staying at Salvo Hotel Huangpu district. which train station is near for me?

i want to travel in D train or T train. i saw D train leaves from hongqiao and T train leaves from South station. which train station will be near for me? Also, i am traveling on May 4( hoilday time) so, should i book ticket in advance? or i can just walk in the same day and buy ticket at the station? i tried to buy ticket online but it says $10 fees. so expensive. is there any site where i can pay less fee or free?
