Dear marilyn. Generally, the entry permit application should be handled at least 20 days before traveling. If you wish to take the tour very much, you'd better consult our operator as soon as possible to confirm whether the application duration can be shorten.

Only one direct train operates from Beijing to Lhasa - T27, which costs CNY1186 for a soft sleeper. As for the full quotation, it is har to tell by now, because it also relies on how many of you will travel, your accommodation demand there and other factors.

As well as all above, time seems so tight to arrange a tour for Lhasa for May 3 now. If possible, you are highly recommended to delay your travel.
