How long does it takes from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou by bus?

We are planning to spend a few days in JZG county, we want to take a bus from Chengdu bus station to get there, as flying there is too expensive. How long does it takes?

Also, it is worth to visit JZG and Huanglong both sites?
