About:China Student Visa

My brother has criminal record for smooking cannabis. Will he be denied visa?

Me and my brother have been accepted to Medical school in china.

Hi, it is hard to say, but generally background check is not required if you will stay in China for less than 6 months. You can also contact the embassy directly for more details.
