I am a Liberian wishing to travel to Hong Kong as a tourist, could i obtain a chinese visa?

Yes, you can. But to travel in HK, you need to apply for a HK visa, which is different from Chinese visa.0

Hi, you need to apply through Chinese embassy for a HK visa. The processing may takes time because most likely your application will be sent to HK Immigration Department for approval.0
