is there any direct bus from wuhan to wuyuan?

if yes, please advise the place to take the bus in WH and please also tell me the time scedule. thanks in advancr.

Yes, there is. Two direct buses are on schedule every day at Hongji Bus Station, leaving at 11:40 and 14:00 and only one at Fujiapo Bus Station, departing at 11:20. The whole trip takes 5-6h.
