About:China Postal Service

My Parcel stucks since one week at *Dispatching Hangzhou International : RC414803754CN.

Is it stll at the post office ore on the way to my country,ore waiting for a cargo flight . Thanks a lot :-)

Hello,
I have bough a few items in China but the seller says that he has posted them through registered mail and tht there is no tracking with it, is that true or is he a scammer ?
