Taxes on Excess Alcohol

Hello,
I am planning to bring in 3 bottles of rare scotch, one liter each, as gifts for important clients in China. What percentage will they charge as excess duty on the amount over 1.5 liters. Do I need to bring a receipt for the purchase of these bottles with me in order to prove the purchase price?
Thank you -

Yeah, you'd better keep the receipt of the alcohol. For the extra amount, the tax rate is 50%.
