China Tourist L for Pakistani national living in Australia as Permanent Resident

Hi ,

I am planning to visit Shenzhen for one day trip from hongkong. I have HK dual entry visa, i rang CVASC in Melbourne to ask for how can i get it to visit Shenzhen , he said he won't be able to receive my application because i have Pakistani passport and they are not authorized to process applicants holding Pakistan Passport.

He is unable to provide me any information on how can i get my it or where can i get it from?

Any help on this matter will be appreciated !!
