Ming Tombs and Eastern Ming Tombs - public transport

Is possible to go to either or both sites by public transport?

Are any of the Eastern Ming Tombs open to visit underground?

As for the latter tomb, you must refer to the Eastern Qing Tombs. Well, time shall be tight to cover both of them in a day, because they are around 160km away. Also, you need to transfer several times when traveling from one to the other. However, if you rent a car or mini van, you should be able to visit them both in a day!

I heard the Yuling Underground Tomb, Emperor's Concubine Rong Underground Tomb and Putuo Yuding Dongling Underground Tomb are open to the public!
