about visa status

hi sir nearly 3 and half years before i applied for Hongkong visa but after that time im still looking for reply i applied through my gardians but they r not responding me well and i want to know that where is my application still r in progress r out from progress r cancel kindly help me and reply me.

It takes three or four weeks if you apply from the HK Immigration Department. I am afraid that your application wasn't approved.
