Where does the bus that runs from Hong Kong to Meizhou leave from in HK?

Is there a way to purchase tickets for that bus online?

I only know, there is a direct bus in front of Cityview Hotel, Kowloon, but I am not very clear about the ticket booking issue. It is suggested to go to the hotel to ask.
