About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

My sister is not a permanent resident in Australia. Can she apply for a visa to China in Sydney?

She has to provide original and photocopy of her valid certificates of residence, employment or student status, or other valid certificates of legal stay if she wants to apply from the CVASC branch in Sydney.
