Hi I was just wandering if u hold a residence permit. can u work or is there a certain permit just for work?

Sonia, you need to apply for a Z visa first in Ireland. When you apply for it successfully and arrive in China, you should change it into temporary resident permit for workers within one month. Then you can work legally with that special resident permit in PRC.
