why didn't my package deliver in china? tracking number ra508663551us

I shipped a package to China and it shows that they were unable to deliver it.  I would like the product to be shipped back to me.  How do I request this? My tracking number is RA508663551US. Why didn't the package deliver?

Maybe the address is not exactly written or when the postman delivered the parcel, no one collected it. So it was not successfully delivered. I suggest you aslk the recepient to dial 11185 to consult the exact location of it and ask them to resend it or go to pick up on hie own! The latest update shows that it was at 深圳市红荔投递站 on Apr. 9 for your reference!
