About:Beijing Capital Airport Express Train

7 hours in Beijing

Hi!

I will probably change some planes in BJ in July. The transfer time is a bit more than 7 hours. That's why I would love to get a bit to the city. Do you think it is a good idea? Is it any part of the city I could see in 3 - 4 hours? How could I get there? I thank you A LOT for your help!

Well then, I suggest you go to Tiananmen Square and the nearby Forbidden City after landing! To get there, you can take a taxi to reach exactly or take airport shuttle bus line 1 to Dabeiyao (Guomaoqiao) and then walk to Gomao metro station to take subway line 1 to Tiananmen East to walk there!

After visiting, if time permits, you can also take a taxi or subway line 1 to Wangfujing Pedestrian for fun!

May I know what time will these attractions be open till? Because I will be landing at 3.30 pm and going for my connecting flight the next day at 1.25pm (approx 21h layover). and also is it near T3?
