Request `L` visa for US National

Dear Sir,
I am an American residing in Singapore and would like to seek your kind advice for the procedure & requirement for applying an `L` to visit you country including Tibet.

Hi, you can apply through CVASC in Singapore. Make sure don't mention you will include Tibet in your itinerary, because you will be asked to get a Tibet Entry Permit first then apply for tourist L. If you get the tourist L, then enter China first, the Tibet Entry Permit is easy to get through a local travel agency.
