My family and I are touring from hong kong and we plan to go to beijing via railways. Can we get a visa for beijing on arrival in hong kong at the airport or can we get one for beijing when we get to beijing in the border? My mom and son are US passport holders and my 2 brothers and 2 sisters are Philippine passport holders.
