How is the weather in late July, early August in Hong Kong? Is City of University in good location.?

It will be sweltering during that period. The temperature would range from 26℃ to 33℃ and frequentlly rainy days would happen! You are advised to take along enough summer clothes and simple rainy gear!

Yes, the university is in a good loation, at an imporant transportation junction! It is near Kowloon Tong Station of East Rail line and accessible to Kwun Tong line!
