Hi, Waldek. it is suggested to go to the local Tourism Center at No. 3, Huanglong Road. But as I know, the ticket is no longer as CNY98. You may need to go to that center for confirming. I have no idea about the tour bus detail information. Actually, from HZ Central Bus Station, you can find diret buses for WZ Water Town and it is suggested to take this bus instead of a tour bus.
