Is it possible for me to go to the Philippines on the 10th june, then go back to Shanghai the 22th june, applied for a transit visa and take my flight back to France?

Hi, My visa expires the 10th of june. I would like to go to the Philippines from 10th to 22th of june. I tried to change my ticket back to France but unfortunately, i can only change the date but not the airport. So i need to go back from Pudong.
