About:Chinese Embassy in France

Chinese visa issued in France. (Passport holder of other countries)

Hi! I am Peruvian and I came to France (Clermont Ferrand) three month ago. I'm an exchange student for one semester in France Business School. I would like to visit China (during 2 months) after having travelled around Europe. Is it possible for me to apply from here with my Peruvian passport? Thank you.
